Unit Vision
To complete the continuous development of the components of quality assurance systems in the faculty in a way that qualifies it to obtain institutional and academic accreditation for its programs from international bodies.
The Unit's Mission
To provide the foundations for continuous development in education and learning to keep pace with rapid scientific and technological advancements, and to improve performance and elevate the faculty graduates to a competitive level.
Objectives
Evaluating and developing university performance through measuring performance indicators of the educational process
- Continuing the evaluation process so that it includes evaluation mechanisms and standards and procedural steps for implementing the quality assurance system and finding a mechanism to confirm the continuity of the activity of the quality assurance unit in a way that ensures the sustainability of quality activities in the faculty.
- Exchanging experiences and ideas related to the development of pharmaceutical education with similar centers and units in pharmacy faculties in Egyptian and Arab universities and benefiting from them in achieving the desired development
- Submitting an annual report to the faculty, in accordance with the standards of the National Committee, on the faculty’s performance in the field of education, postgraduate studies, research, professional and community services
- Implementing the quality assurance strategy at the faculty and applying the necessary mechanisms for implementation within the faculty
- Increasing the faculty’s relationship with its graduates and following up with them in the job market
- The decision was supported regarding the documentation of cooperation between scientific research centers and pharmaceutical production in accordance with the mission of the faculty and the university.
