Sohag University continues to vaccinate its members with the Corona virus vaccine Mustafa Abdel-Khaleq, the acting president of Sohag University, continued to follow up the work of the vaccination campaign against the Corona virus, for faculty members and their assistants, workers and students at the university, in cooperation with the Directorate of Health in Sohag, within the state’s plan to preserve the health of its citizens, and the university’s keenness on the safety of its members, accompanied by Dr. Magdy El-Qadi, Acting Dean of the College of Pharmacy, and Sabri Ibrahim, Director General of Central Youth Welfare.
Abdel-Khaleq explained that the vaccination campaign against the Corona virus continues during its official and announced dates in advance, until the completion of the vaccination of all university employees by 100%, pointing out that the doses will be increased directly with the increase in the number of recipients of the vaccine, stressing that all dealers with the university quickly He received the vaccine before the first half of next October, to ensure the smooth and safe progress of the educational process since the beginning of the new academic year.
For his part, Dr. Magdy El-Qadi said that the university provided more than one type of vaccines for the Corona virus, including “Sinopharma, Sinovac, and AstraZeneca,” explaining that the number of vaccine recipients today has reached more than 95 employees, and this is done under full and safe medical supervision. Sabry Ibrahim added that receiving the vaccine is carried out in an organized manner by dividing the work into several committees, starting with the electronic registration process with the national number card, and completing the rest of the procedures related to the health status of the recipients of the vaccination, until filling out the data for the follow-up card for the second dose. It is worth noting that the vaccination continues during weekdays, starting from Saturday to Thursday, from 9 am to 9 pm.
