Mission and Vision:
The mission of the faculty’s personnel affairs is to contribute to achieving support and communication with the faculty’s employees in all categories “special cadre – general cadre – temporary” and achieving all their requirements by answering all questions that would help the individual to reach the correct application of the law with regard to what him and what he is.
Goals:
Implementation of systems and rules related to employees.
Expressing opinion on issues related to appointments, , transfers, vacations, penalties, entitlements and termination of service.
Preparing payroll and rewards statements as determined by law and the state’s general budget.
Implementing the directives of the Central Agency for Organization and Administration, the Ministry of Finance and the concerned authorities.
Providing suggestions and recommendations that lead to the development of personnel systems.
Responding to the contradictions received from the Central Auditing Organization.
Completing the eviction procedures when traveling, lending, transferring or delegating.
Keeping the records necessary for the administrative work of the college.
Publishing and compiling all regulations, fatwas, publications and decisions related to employees.
Implementing the procedures for the settlement and disbursement of pensions, end-of-service benefits, temporary pensions, and any modifications that may occur.
Reviewing all records related to insurance and pensions.
Preparing annual reports, following up on the procedures for their approval, and documenting the employees’ documents, including salary items, a statement of the situation.
Paying the installments due to special funds and entities obligated to pay premiums for employees.
Follow up the organizing procedures and rules for disbursing additional wages and incentives in accordance with the law.
Procedures for paying the government and employee share, income value and replacement premiums to the General Authority for Insurance and Pensions.
The work assigned to it under the supervision of Prof. Dr. / Dean of the College and Mr. / Secretary of the College.
Services:-
Issuing an approved status statement showing the job hierarchy and job data.
Paying the employee’s share, the government, the income value, and the replacement premiums to the General Authority for Insurance and Pensions, and proving the employee’s right.
Issuing a statement of vacations for individuals.
Complete the documents of appointments, transfers and promotions.
Internal service work for the college staff.
