Objectives
- The Department of Clinical Pharmacy aims to equip pharmacy students with essential clinical skills, as well as a unique set of knowledge in medical terminology, pathophysiology, and therapeutic applications
- The program covers the principles of clinical pharmacokinetics and communication skills for positive interaction with physicians, nurses, patients, and families.
- The department also aims to prepare students for careers in clinical pharmacy and enhance the pharmacist’s role in treating various medical conditions and determining appropriate treatment regimens, in collaboration with the attending physician.
