This is achieved through monitoring their treatment regimen, studying pharmacokinetic principles and drug interactions, and their applications in treating various medical conditions to determine appropriate dosages. In this way, the clinical pharmacist plays an active role in the healthcare team of doctors and support staff in order to ensure the optimal choice of medication, determine the appropriate dosage according to each patient\u2019s condition, ensure the proper use of medication, monitor its therapeutic effect, solve drug problems that may occur during use, and provide the necessary drug advice to the healthcare team, the patient, and all components of society<\/li><li><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">The importance of the Clinical Pharmacy program lies in the following:<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><ol><li>The scarcity of clinical pharmacists compared to graduates of the general pharmacy program.<\/li><li>The graduates&#8217;
