The Vision: –<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

Maintaining the university’s resources and ensuring the availability of all the required tools and services to ensure the smooth running of work to maintain the level of educational service provided in the best way.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Mission: –<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n
    \n
  1. Inventory and inventory of items in stores and record them in a notebook on the computer.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. Determining the annual needs by 10% before the item expires.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  3. Address the procurement department to complete the items.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  4. Receipt of items received from companies.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  5. Examine and add items to the books and ensure that they conform to the required specifications.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  6. Disbursement of different items according to the needs of each party, and the disbursement is carried out with an exchange permission approved by the dean of the college or the director of the administration.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  7. Follow up the incoming and outgoing movement to know the future protests<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Objectives: –<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

    1- Facilitating the work and facilitating and speeding up the supply of the faculty staff and employees with the chemicals, equipment, furniture and stationery they need.<\/strong><\/p>\n

    2- Preparing a program to manage the stores so that all the items in the stores can be registered.<\/strong><\/p>\n

    3- Configure the items in the stores to know the balance in the store and the spent balance<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Place capacity:-<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

    The stores of the College of Pharmacy are five rooms, the average area of \u200b\u200beach room is about 4 m * 4 m.<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Possibilities: –<\/strong><\/p>\n

    The stores contain chemicals, medicinal plants and glassware that are sufficient to work in the college for an academic year, in addition to the college\u2019s stock of consumables used for the workflow, as well as the necessary tools and powders for cleaning.<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Services: –<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n
      \n
    1. Providing the facility’s needs of materials and equipment.<\/strong><\/li>\n
    2. Guarantee that items are not lost, damaged or stolen.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
