The administration also plays an active role in following up on purchase orders and various contracts issued.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Objectives:-<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><strong>The College of Pharmacy\u2019s procurement aims to meet the college\u2019s needs and provide them as quickly as possible, with the highest possible quality and at the lowest prices, in order to provide an educational and scientific service of a high degree of excellence and specialization, in order to advance the student\u2019s level and scientific services to global levels with the use of modern technology at work.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Services:-<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><strong>1- Participate with the departments in setting specifications and conditions for the materials and works to be purchased.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>2- Carrying out all the executive tasks related to the purchase of the necessary materials, equipment and devices in accordance with the provisions of the law and the regulations in force in this regard.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>3- Carrying out direct order purchases when necessary.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>4- Providing scientific equipment for scientific laboratories for students.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>5- Providing chemicals to the college to conduct experiments and scientific research.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>6- Work to provide the means of study.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>7- Providing the means of administrative work for the college employees.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Overview:- The Procurement Department plays a vital and key role in meeting the college\u2019s needs of goods and services by applying different purchasing methods in accordance with the procurement policies and procedures in the state and the university, and providing support and advice to all departments of the college in everything related to procurement.
