The faculty adopts a set of values, which it works to consolidate in the college community, which includes all employees from academic and administrative leaders, faculty members and their assistants, administrators, technicians, workers and others. These values \u200b\u200bare:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Tolerance and respect.<\/strong><\/p>\n

* Creative practice.<\/strong><\/p>\n

* Excellence.<\/strong><\/p>\n

* Seriousness, efficiency and effectiveness.<\/strong><\/p>\n

* Team spirit.<\/strong><\/p>\n

* Continuous Improvement.<\/strong><\/p>\n

* Prioritizing the public interest.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Values \u200b\u200band Ethics of Pharmacy Profession<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

The ethical standards for the pharmacy profession in general were derived from the ethical standards for the medical profession, and these standards define the pharmacist how to perform and conduct himself and his behavior on the personal and professional levels, since he maintains the same level of values \u200b\u200band ethics in his private and professional life<\/strong><\/p>\n

Any lack of moral values \u200b\u200bon the level of a person’s personal life, can lead to a loss of confidence in himself at the level of professional life, regardless of the level of his professional performance, experience or competence.<\/strong><\/p>\n

We can classify the ethical values \u200b\u200bof the pharmacist on the basis of his relationship with his profession and the other into three groups as follows:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Respect the professional relationship with patients, and act honestly, truthfully and lovingly.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Helping patients reach the maximum benefit from treatment.<\/strong><\/p>\n

-Providing pharmaceutical care to the patient at the highest level of efficiency.<\/strong><\/p>\n

-Respect the needs, values \u200b\u200band status of the patient.<\/strong><\/p>\n

-Support the patient’s right to receive high-quality, ethical and professional health care.<\/strong><\/p>\n

-Support the patient’s right to choose what is related to pharmaceutical care.<\/strong><\/p>\n

-Presenting medication information to the patient in an understandable manner.<\/strong><\/p>\n

-Helping the patient to participate effectively in his or her pharmaceutical care program.<\/strong><\/p>\n

-Providing pharmaceutical care to the patient, taking into account his privacy, and doing everything necessary to protect the confidentiality of his information<\/strong><\/p>\n

-Ensure continuity of patient care under any circumstances.<\/strong><\/p>\n

-Protecting patient privacy rights.<\/strong><\/p>\n

-Maintaining patient confidence.<\/strong><\/p>\n

-Avoiding practices and behaviors that discriminations between patients<\/strong><\/p>\n

Pharmacist ethics in his relationship with colleagues:<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

The pharmacist must accept the responsibility of working with other pharmacists, as well as health care professionals, including physicians, nursing staff, and others, with the goal of raising the level of safety and effectiveness of pharmaceutical care.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The pharmacist should consider the patient’s interest in the first position in the case of any behavior by another colleague in the health care that indicates poor professional ethics or incompetence. Then the pharmacist should discuss the matter<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0Directly with the person concerned, to resolve the issue and keep the risk away from the patient.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Pharmacists should appreciate and respect the concept, value and importance of teamwork.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Develop the pharmacist himself on the scientific and professional levels<\/strong><\/p>\n

Every pharmacist in his position should seek to ensure that the practice environment contributes to the safety and effectiveness of pharmaceutical care.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The pharmacist must be committed, over the course of his life, to continue learning in a way that ensures that he maintains an appropriate level of knowledge and skill.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
